More About

Oilson Alvim Junior

In 2017, Junior was promoted to Blue Belt after collecting titles in children’s colored belts. Junior competed all over Brazil, until he received his first invitation to come and fight in the world championship in 2019, and thus began expanding his career into America. Between 2019-2020, he competed in more than 30 championships across the country, collecting more than 70 medals.

In 2021, Junior returned to Brazil, where he was promoted to purple belt. In his purple belt Junior collected some titles such as Pan American, National, World Pro and several Open. In 2022 Junior was promoted to Brown belt, to be able to compete in a very important championship in Brazil, BJJ Star, where he placed 2nd. After a few months Junior received an opportunity to move to Tucson, Arizona, where he began his teaching career. Jiu Jitsu taught Junior how to be a champion on and off the mats. And now his mission in life will be to pass on his knowledge to his students.
